SPD art therapy Page 4
I just wanted to forget the pain for a while so I decided to draw something just to make me smile, it is almost easter and I am looking forward to watching my little girl make her bonnet and search for eggs in nanny's garden. So a picture just to make me smile! What do you think? Love Sam x

This little picture is all about Hope, I hope that I can be strong enough for my family and not let my problems become thier problems! It may be unrealistic but a girl has to hope! x

SPD art therapy Page 2
This is my second page of emotive art, I tried to incorporate all of the negative things going around and around in my brain and then made all of the positive and wonderful aspects of my life come to the forefront! I am starting to feel happier and more relaxed. What do you think? Love Sam x

IF Toy
It has been a really long time since I last entered an illustration friday theme but I found this topic too good to miss out on! This is a toy shelf, I call them my Webbingtons. One was painted in watercolour and the others were manipulated in photoshop which I am still not very good at! What do you think? Love Sam x

I am currently suffering SPD and am struggling with day to day life! I am trying to make time for art each day now to take my mind off of the pain! What do you think of my scrapbook page for today? Love Sam xxx
